Though in our relative infancy, the Designers Journal hastily scribbled-on-the-back-of-a-beermatt manefesto outlines the building of a community of high quality contributors, and we want you to be a part of it.
You may be toying with the idea of dipping your toe into the murky labyrinth of blogging and want a platform to give you a leg up. Perhaps you already run your own site but are looking to consolidate into something broader where fellow contributors help grow and spread the good gospel. Or maybe you just have the odd thing you quite fancy sharing with our beloved readers, every now and then…
Whether you’re a student/graduate/newbie/mid-weight/weather-worn industry insider or outsider we want to hear from you! We’re looking for high quality contributors who have opinion and want to fill their boots in any capacity; be it on a guest, regular or irregular basis. You can share links, write reviews, pen musings or scribe critical thinking about any aspect of the creative industries – we’re open to new ideas and directions; everyone is welcome and all ideas and applications will be met with high fives and hugs, though only the highest standard will make it past that.
Designers Journal is operated on a purely just-for-the-love-of-it basis with contributors in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, so if you’re keen to come on board the good ship Journal then give us a shout at goodfolks{at}designersjournal.net and let’s talk. No time like the present…
We’re also on the look out for WordPress wizards and php jedi’s as well as commercial partners who can help take our humble but burgeoning community to the next level.
